COME CLEAN: How to Take Part in Our 21 Day Cleanse!

May is cleanse month at CONTENT. Join in during the first 21 days of May (or whenever you are ready!) and COME CLEAN with us. We’ve created a level to suit everyone so there is no excuse not to have a little spring clean in time for summer! Each week we will focus on a different area to keep you motivated.

Week Three: Mind Cleanse – remaining calm and carrying on is all very well, but once in awhile we need to give our brain a break and clean house.
