Jan 7th – March 27th: Free Range Urban Kids Nursery: One of Londons first 100% outdoor nurseries for 2-5 year olds, Free Range Urban Kids is an initiative developed to educate children through hands-on learning experiences and an engagement with nature. Taking place in Millifields Park, Hackney, every day, come rain or shine, kids will have the opportunity to get creative using leaves, sticks and mud to make nature inspired artwork, play games, learn and develop a connection with nature from the heart of East London. www.outdoorpeople.org.uk

Jan 11th- Relax, Restore and Retreat Restorative Yoga Workshop: An evening of the ultimate in relaxation, this restorative yoga workshop at Evolve Wellness is open to all levels and is highly beneficial if you are struggling with stress and insomnia. Jan 17th – Honestly Healthy Cooking Club: Led by alkaline chef and author Natasha Corrett, Honestly Healthy cooking classes have been designed to inspire people to eat honest, nourishing food that assists the body to remain in an alkaline state. Jan 17th – New Year, New You Detox Masterclass: Over-indulged during the festive season? Jan 31st – Shh Quiet Music Festival: Developed by London music hub The Local and visual artist Luke Drozd, already in its eighth year, SHH London is a quiet music festival featuring some of the best ambient, softly sung artists from around the globe.
