October 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st

For a supper club with a difference Monograph London are hosting a series of supper club Sundays where guests will experience a selection of unique contemporary Japanese dishes in tasting portions such as spinach in dashi marinade with katsobushi and saikyo-miso marinated salmon followed by a selection of Japanese desserts. www.monographlondon.com

October 12th

Transitioning to a plant-based diet? Nuts are a great source of vegan protein and here at Content we almost always incorporate a portion into a daily #skinfood quota. The ‘Nuts for Nuts’ workshop held at Made in Hackney will demonstrate how to integrate them into your savoury dishes. www.madeinhackney.org

October 13th & 16th

In light of Breast Cancer Awareness month, Yes to Life  will be running a series of inspiring workshops offering information and support for Cancer sufferers and their families and carers.  On the 13th join Barbara Gallani – a yoga teacher with a special focus on using yoga as a means of support during cancer treatment and find out the research behind the benefits of yoga for people with cancer; and on the 16th, Book in for an exclusive beauty workshop with Audrey Ball of Esteem and Sabine Weterings of Hip Headwear who will share their experiences of cancer, business and beauty and provide a taster of the products and services they offer to help cope with hair loss. www.yestolife.org.uk

Searching for ways to get fermented food into you diet? Learn the art of sourdough making at a bread workshop hosted by former E5 bakehouse baker and Candlestick Maker supper club chef Ian Ballantyne. You’ll learn how to make and look after a started culture, the basic bread-making principles and will end the afternoon with an organic plant-based lunch. www.madeinhackney.org

Returning for October is Nutritiously Natasha, Plant Based Pixie and Gloriously Delicious’ Plant-Based Picnic. October 23rd

We were super excited to hear that one of our favourite snack founders Alexandra of Punch Foods was hosting her own supper club at LabOrganic. Featuring a three course vegan meal, a trio of raw desserts and healthy bespoke ‘mocktails’ designed by LabOrganic, guests will be treated to a wellbeing talk from the founder herself and some super healthy goody bags including treats from us! Om Magazine’s annual Yoga Show is back and bursting with classes, workshops, talks and demonstrations to enhance and inspire your yoga practise. In addition to some amazing yoga sessions, the show also boasts an assortment of yogi gear, from mats to yoga-wear. www.omyogashow.com

October 25th-26th
