4th November: Vegan Paella workshop – Love Spanish food? 7th November: The Mindfulness Project Your Brain On Mindfulness lecture – Neuroscientists now know that, in contrast to the formerly held belief, our brains are constantly changing, with growing research exhibiting the potential to actually gradually rewire our brains – from the inside out – essentially the definition of mindfulness. This lecture led by medical doctor, acupuncturist, mindfulness coach and educator Dr. Barbara Mariposa will provide an in depth insight into mindfulness and how it could help us in the way we respond to situations and how we interact with ourselves and others. www.londonmindful.com

9th November: Vegan Japanese Supper Club – As it was World Vegan Day on November 1st and inspired by the principles of Buddhist temple food, Hiroko, Yoshiko and Neal, the chefs behind London’s only 100% vegan Japanese restaurant Itadakizen will showcase an evening of organic vegan Japanese cuisine, locally sourced where possible. 12th November: Puravida Social Club – Returning this month, Pura Vida Social Club was set up by the lovely Xochi Balfour to bring together London lovers of all things mind, body and soul with music, food and creativity at the heart. 13th November-15th November: Hacking Happiness Conference – Tapping into the zeitgeist of the ever-growing number of people exhibiting an interest in wellbeing, the Hacking Happiness conference is a series of talks and lectures covering the fields of mindfulness, meditation, nutrition and neuroscience with a focus on enhancing mental and physical performance and wellbeing. 11th December: A Winter Wellness Day Charity Event at Psycle London: Teaming up to bring to us a day of Winter Wellness, Deliciously Ella, Punch Foods, 26 Grains, Livia’s Crumbles and Imbibery will be hosting a delicious day of Winter Wellness and all for a good cause. Providing a healthy lunch made by the girls and a spin class followed by a Q&A session with Ella and Madeleine, the event will raise money for Single Homeless Project,  to provide food for a homeless shelter over the Christmas period.
