This skin-loving, cell nourishing smoothie created by The ‘Yes’ chef Tess Ward will give your body a boost of anti-oxidants thanks to the Matcha green tea, healthy fats from the avocado and the added anti-inflammatory properties of honey to get you glowing from the inside out.
Ingredients
Serves 2
- 1 Avocado
- 1 large Banana
- 2 tbs Plain Probiotic Yoghurt (we love using coyo)
- 1/2 tsp ground Ginger
- 2 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Matcha Green Tea, optional (but recommended!)
- 1 1/2 cups Milk (raw is best if you can get it), Almond Milk, Coconut Milk.
Instructions
Put in a blender and blitz to perfection. Enjoy!
