GREEN SEEN: Where We Spotted Organic Skincare This Month

GREEN SEEN

This month we were super excited to have our products, therapies and the shop itself featured in a number of our favourite publications. To celebrate, we’ve rounded up our favourites for those of you who missed out! Read on to get the low-down on where organic beauty has been seen this month….

Organic Skincare

The Telegraph’s ’10 Best Organic Beauty Buys’ features an impressive array of our #greenbeauty favourites. First up, the shop itself was listed as ‘an edit of the very best in natural beauty’ and Content founder Imelda Burke was commended for her #greenbeauty knowledge and expertise. Also on the list, the newly arrived Odacite range of ‘prescriptive’ skin boosters was dubbed as ‘the best organic newcomer’ with Radiance, Vital Glow and the Dull Skin blends cited as ‘Winter skin essentials’.

Tatler featured their #greenbeauty recommendations by skin type. For the eczema prone, Aurelia Refine & Polish Cream was suggested and for irritable skin, Dr Jackson 05 Face and Eye Essence received a special mention. Also featured in Tatler this month is our Dr Alkaitis Skinfood Facial as the go-to treatment if you suffer from stressed out skin. As well as being converted to the contents of a fridge being used in a facial the editor loved that our resident acupuncturist and skin specialist Laura Jones refrained from chatting throughout the treatment – getting an resounding ‘We love’ from the Tatler team.

Health & Fitness Magazine was yet another to feature some of our organic beauty brands, with the article ‘How Pure Are Your Organic Beauty Products’ featuring Oskia’s Renaissance Cleanser and Trilogy’s Rosehip Oil amongst their #organicbeauty favourites. We were especially excited to see them feature a topic we feel particularly passionate about – gut health – with one of our must-have supplement Bio-kult Probiotics making an appearance as a happy gut necessity.

Organic Makeup

Featured in one of our favourite sections in Stella Magazine where we often spot our #greenbeauty favourites, in a recent ‘I Spied’ we spied none other than Kjaer Weis’ Organic Mascara, described by editor Anna Murphy as “99.8% natural and 100% effective”. Featuring a product we can’t get enough of here at Content, the latest Sunday Times Style revealed the newest natural nail colour ‘Memo’ from Intensae, inspired by the sitting room of fashion great Diana Vreeland. If you’ve been following New York Fashion Week you’ll know that this season was all about shades of golden-brown and bronze, this week’s Grazia featured a roundup of their favourite products to #getthelook which included RMS Beauty Eye Polish in Imagine.

Over to the US  and the hotly anticipated Allure Magazine Beauty Awards Issue. Want to know who made the cut? Three of our favourite #greenbeauty cabinet essentials RMS Beauty Defining Mascara, Tata Harper Concentrated Brightening Serum and Kjaer Weis Highlighter in Radiance made the ‘Best Of Beauty’ Master List of ‘Natural Wonders’, carrying the message of #greenbeauty into the mainstream!

Stay tuned for the latest in natural and organic beauty in next month’s Green Seen.
