2pm-5pm: With a focus on increasing confidence and the tools we can use to boost our own, this class hosted by The School Of Life draws on aspects of psychology, philosophy, music, the body, anthropology and mathematics to assist us in identifying insecurities and  feelings of low self-esteem. The difference between confidence and arrogance alongside the concept of increasing confidence as a means of making the world a better place to live will also be questioned and explored. www.theschooloflife.com

5th September

7am-7pm: The newest addition to Portobello’s Golborne Road, The Penny Market is a charitable initiative incepted to support the local community and promote ethical living. Providing a fantastic array of organic fresh food, cold pressed juices from brands such as Raw to Door, superfood stalls and for those with a sweet tooth – handmade and artisan sweets from Cupcakes and Shhht, for every two pennies taken as profit, a penny is donated to local charities and social enterprise projects. 7th September

11am-5pm: If you’re yet to explore Hackney’s Village Green Market then this Sunday is the perfect opportunity. 4pm: Launched last month by healthy foodie bloggers Nutritiously Natasha, Plant Based_Pixie and Gloriously Delicious, the ongoing series of Plant Based Picnics will be continuing this September for a day of delicious food in one of the newest and most talked about raw food havens Tanya’s Cafe.
