Where we are brunching…

  • The Avenue

As one of our home delivery organic juice brands of choice, we were thrilled to hear that restaurant Avenue St James will be featuring Radiance Juices on their menu. Not only will their juices make a welcome addition to their breakfast selection, they will also be included in their evening cocktail menu! Get more details: www.avenue-restaurant.co.uk

  • The Albion

This month we’ll be heading down to the Albion in Shoreditch for some morning post-workout snacking thanks to the addition of the Frame endorsed nutritionally balanced breakfast options. Curated by Frame resident nutritionist Chris Sandel, healthy new breakfast items include a sweet potato hash with poached organic eggs and spinach and a digestive friendly bircher muesli. www.albioncaff.co.uk

Where we are lunching…

  • Raw Press

The more ‘green’ spaces to eat and drink in London the better as far as we’re concerned, so when we heard new cold-pressed juicery and cafe Raw Press would be opening on Dover Street this month, we vowed to be first in the queue! Not only will the guys at Raw Press offer a #skinfood loving and body boosting array of cold-pressed juices and smoothies, for the launch of their food menu they have teamed up with one of our favourite healthy foodies Deliciously Ella to create a menu that you won’t want to miss! In the lead up to the launch we’ve managed to get a preview of two of the recipes that will be making an appearance come opening. View them here and here.

Where we are dining…

  • Tanya’s Cafe

Dishing up an array of organic raw meals, beverages and decadent desserts, the recently opened Tanya’s Cafe in Chelsea has been created to offer nourishing sustenance to busy Londoners any time of the day. While green juices and healthy breakfast options are more widely available now, dinner dining can still be a problem. Stop by for a superfood cocktail and raw tacos filled with walnut, mushroom and guacamole – nighttime just a whole lot healthier! www.tanyascafe.com

What we are making…

  • Content Maca Fruit & Nut Seed Bread

This August, we’ll be toasting up slices of our gluten-free fruit bread, supercharged with activated seeds and nuts and spiced with cinnamon and maca. Gaining its texture from skin-loving walnuts and buckwheat, this new #contentkitchen staple is high in protein and full of healthy fats and good grains! We currently can’t get enough of it smothered in almond butter for breakfast or enjoyed with a scraping of coconut oil and a shake of cinnamon to accompany an afternoon cup of Content ‘Coffee’. Make up a batch.

Ways we are moving…

  • Pilates

We’re counting down the days until the 14th of August where the girls behind Secret Urban Escape will be hosting an evening of Pilates accompanied by live music, healthy snacks and Prosecco. Led by one of our favourite pilates teachers Chloe Hodgson, this alternative Thursday night out is the perfect way to wind down your week. www.secreturbanescape.com

  • Swimming

Make the most of the last month of Summer by getting outdoors and in the water! This month we’ll be lapping up the last of the Summer sun at Hampstead Heath’s ponds, taking early morning dips at London Fields Lido and admiring the greenery at The Serpentine in Hyde Park. For a more extensive listing check out Jenny Landreth guide Swimming London (Aurum Press Ltd).

How we are relaxing…

  • Evolve Wellness Centre for Gong & Sound Bathing

From water bathing to sound bathing. If you’re not familiar with sound healing then these sessions offered at Evolve Wellness Centre are for you. Reverberating with the body on a cellular level, the gong used to bathe the body in sound encourages a deep state of meditation, to promote healing and imbue a deep sense of inner peace through a rebalancing of the chakras. www.evolvewellnesscentre.com

Where we’ll be meditating…

  • Sunrise Rooftop Morning Meditation Sessions in Shoreditch

Featuring sections on breathing, mindfulness and relaxation for healing, health and happiness these sessions are great for anyone looking to bring some calm into their daily lives. www.emma-mills.co.uk

What we are packing…

What we are using…

We can’t get enough of this delicious natural body scrub by Therapi Roques O’Neil – great for boosting circulation and oxygenating the blood – the key ingredients in this unique formulation consist of Mother of Pearl, a gentle skin polisher and Zeolite clay to draw out toxicity from the skin. What we love most about this summer essential is the aromatherapeutic qualities thanks to the addition of May Chang and Pink Lotus which work together to soothe irritability and conjure tranquillity.
