LOVE CELEBRATING LOCAL INITIATIVES: In the spirit of local, independent retail, we can’t wait to check out Tomorrow’s Store – an initiative set up by The Princes Trust to showcase and sell the array of products designed and created by Princes Trust-supported businesses. Located in the heart of London’s CBD and featuring an array of locally crafted design-led gifts, jewellery, merchandise and clothing, Tomorrow’s Store will allow young entrepreneurs a professional platform to promote the work that they do and expose their unique products to a wider audience. All profits obtained from the store will be reinvested in the Princes Trust to assist young people in their start-up business ventures. Find out more about this great initiative here.

LOVE READING: We’re loving Diana Henry’s latest cookbook A Change Of Appetite, full of healthy, seasonal recipes based around Henry’s personal food philosophy that food should be ‘accidentally healthy’ and always ‘considered’. Created in response to the healthy eating movement that Henry realized was underway when friends stopped asking her how to make desserts and became more interested in how to cook quinoa and fresh produce – A Change of Appetite is a must read for all foodies who appreciate uncomplicated, healthy, delicious food. Some people have the foresight to be able to take something bad (illness) and turn it into something selfless and good. One such person is  Jodi Ann Bickley author or One Million Lovely Letters – a collection of letters from a project started after contracting a brain infection that left her having to learn to walk and write again. Diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome as an after effect, Jodi chose to view her situation not as a hindrance, but as a blessing in disguise, making the conscious decision to put the time she was forced to spend resting and recovering to good use and one that enriched the lives of so many others – “I know in our worst moments, sometimes it only takes one person to make you feel like you belong – to remind you how incredible you are and I hope that’s what I am my one million lovely letters can do.”- Jodi Ann Bickley, One Million Lovely Letters. LOVE FOOD: We are currently spending a lot of time on the Detox Kitchen’s healthy and delicious recipe section featured on their website – full of wholesome ideas to nourish your body from the inside out. On rotation  are the delectable spicy beetroot falafels, the wholesome Superfood Salad and the Nutty quinoa, walnut & kale burgers. Get cooking here.

British chef, Simon Rogan will be opening a restaurant at Claridge’s Hotel this Spring and we couldn’t be more excited! Renowned for his clever and beautiful food, Rogan holds two Michelin stars and most recently received the title of ‘Best Restaurant in the UK’. Known for his love of foraging, Rogan establish his own farm enabling him to breed his own poultry, sheep, cattle and bees and grow his own fresh produce. We love! Keep updated here.

LOVE DESIGN: “Everyone has it, the trick is to carry it elegantly”- The School Of Life. We couldn’t wait to get our hands on the newest addition to The School Of Life’s online store. This cute and quirky ‘Emotional Baggage’ tote is what the school itself dubs as a commemoration of one of the most ‘glamorous’ projects any of us can undertake – learning to carry our emotional baggage in style. Buy the tote here.

LOVE GREEN BEAUTY: We are slightly obsessed with New York based celebrity makeup artist Katey Denno’s website “The Beauty Of It Is” – an online manifesto dedicated to finding beauty in everything.
