AMALA Hydrating Yoghurt Mask: This natural and organic face mask deeply moisturises while refining skin’s texture for a silky soft, refreshed glow. It contains ultra-moisturising ingredients such as jasmine, macadamia nut and wild rose, which also helps promote cell renewal and protects again environmental damage. A whopping 100% of total ingredients from natural origin, with 87% being produced by organic farming, meaning that it’s great for you and also for the environment. Its delicate formula is particularly suitable for chapped, red, sensitive skin.

AURELIA PROBIOTIC SKINCARE Cell Revitalise Rose Mask: This is an indulgent, soothing organic face mask packed with botanicals and probiotics, which reduces inflammation and restores balance in dull and dehydrated skin. Inspired by ancient Ayurveda restorative therapies, this rich treatment lists Baobab, Kigelia Africana, Hibiscus, Avocado Oil, Hawaiian Kukui Oil and Palmarosa amongst its hydrating and anti-ageing ingredients. The Damask Rose Absolute floral water lends it an exquisite floral scent. Apply for 5-10 minutes up to 1-3 times a week, depending on skin’s needs. Ideal for mature and dry skin.

SUKI SKINCARE Intensive Nourishing Masque: This natural formula deeply hydrates, reduces puffiness and fights environmental toxins, creating a natural barrier around the skin. It also brightens complexion naturally, reducing sun- spots and discoloration. Its potent formula integrates the best of old traditions with cutting edge science and contains 100% natural ingredients: namely the Enzyme-C, Flax and pure Rose. The Vitamin C works with your skin’s enzymes to increase and encourage collagen production and brighten the complexion, under eye circles and discoloration. Meanwhile, L-carnitine transports fatty acids into energy, stimulating collagen production and healing sun damage by inhibiting melanin production. Apply over face and décolletage for 10-20 minutes to soak in the benefits. Ideal for those who want brightening and hydration.

LAURA JONES’ TOP TIP: “The best way to approach this is from the inside out – we all overindulged over Christmas, which can affect the skin. Many people are now on New Year diets and detoxes, so if you are you one of them, you need to make sure that firstly you are getting enough to eat (skipping meals is a big no, no for skin health), and secondly, that are you getting enough protein, essential fatty acids, vitamins and minerals: Vitamin D, Selenium, and Omega 3’s being amongst the most important nutrients for the skin. Also, I like using Manuka Honey on my skin when it is dry – In the evening I will cleanse my skin and then  put it on as a mask and leave it on for 20-30 minutes and then remove with a warm damp muslin, tone with rose water, and then moisturise with a hydrating facial oil which I massage in well to stimulate circulation and oxygenate the skin. Manuka honey is very repairative for the skin leaving it feeling plump!”
