All of us here at Content HQ are counting down the days until our offline events commence – only a few days to go. Form an orderly queue!
Kicking off our schedule of events set to nourish the mind, body and soul is the first in our new series of alternative nights out featuring an introductory workshop to mindfulness with inspiring London based initiative The Mindfulness Project on June 27th. If you suffer from anxiety, stress, feel overwhelmed or just can’t sleep learning the art of mindfulness may just help. Get equipped with some basic tips and tricks to be more mindful in your every day and enjoy a ‘mindful’ organic wine tasting to kick off your new practise in true Friday night style. Book your ticket here.
The next day (June 28th) will see the launch of our living, breathing in-store pop-up featuring works of leafy art available for purchase by Hermetica London. Comprised of Terrariums created exclusively for Content – this month long pop-up is a must-see for plant lovers and green beauties alike who seek to reap the benefits that keeping air-purifying plants in our indoor environments can have on our wellbeing. Meet the founder here.
Next up is Lari Laurikkala, wild food chef and medicinal mushroom expert from Four Sigma Foods. Lari will be live online on June 1st on our facebook page talking raw chocolate making, fermentation tips and all things superfoods. Get your questions ready and long on June 1st at 12pm.
Soon after, two of our fashionable foodie favourites spreading the message of #eatingwell far and wide – Hemsley + Hemsley will be in store for a talk and book signing in celebration of the launch of their first cookbook The Art Of Eating Well (Ebury Press, £25) with Photography by Nick Hopper.
