For some January is an exciting month filled with the new possibilities of a new year. For others it is a difficult month: getting out of bed becomes a struggle and shorter days, combined with lack of sunlight (Vitamin D) can affect many with SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder). Plus, sometimes we tend to be hard on ourselves after the Christmas period indulgence and reflective on the year passed.
But let us remind ourselves that this too shall pass and that being content (our motto, of course!) comes from appreciating the little things in life, every day and being kinder to ourselves and others.
So this month, we are loving the A to Z of Happiness: in fact, we have put it up on our walls as a daily reminder.
